When cleaning we ask that our Cleaners use our clients equipment and products due to infection control measures and preference of product.

We only provide equipment and products when completing a move in/end of tenancy clean unless you have run out of something and we have it in the car.

We hold various valid insurance & compliance licences for our our commercial and house cleaning services. 

We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected from one of our Cleaners ? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right. 

 The number of hours required for cleaning depends on the size of your home, the number of rooms, and the amount of items in each space, as well as the quality and depth of cleaning you desire. Ultimately, the choice is yours. You can choose fewer or more hours based on your needs and prioritize the rooms and tasks you want to be completed. 

 Our hourly rates cover both the cleaner's wage and the agency fee. Rates vary based on your location and the number of hours you require each week. If you’d like a free quote, please contact us! We only need the approximate number of hours you need and your postcode to provide an accurate estimate. 

 We don't believe in long and complicated contracts; instead, we prioritize fairness. Naturally, like any business, we have terms and conditions, which can be found in the footer of any page. If you ever need to cancel, we only ask that you provide two months' notice or follow the cancellation terms outlined in the billing letter from your local office. 

 Absolutely! We understand that having the right personality is just as important as cleaning standards. Once we select a cleaner for you, we’ll arrange a meeting so you can discuss your cleaning tasks and ensure you’re comfortable. If you prefer, you can skip the meeting and go straight to cleaning.
